I started with Gracefully Fit in July 2021, I knew I needed a change in my life and that began with weight loss. I didn’t fully commit until her Pumpkin Iron Challenge in Oct. this program offered weight loss, gym plans, and nutrition plans. I’ve never followed a nutrition plan from start to end but this one I couldn’t believe how easy and yummy the recipes were!
