Grace Bex is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, military wife, and mother of three who founded Gracefully Fit to empower women through their unique fitness journeys. Grace's no-BS approach to fitness and mental health stems from her own decade-long battle with endometriosis, PCOS, depression, and an eating disorder. Her personal experience enables her to provide clients with a relatable and empathetic perspective on overcoming mental and physical health obstacles. Grace strives to help her clients develop confidence both inside and outside of the gym by equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed on their unique fitness journeys. Her ultimate goal is to empower her clients to take control of their lives and achieve their wellness goals with confidence and determination.

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. All cancellations, bookings, and purchases must be made through our GloFox app or website portal, and it is the client’s responsibility to manage their schedule in a timely manner. Cancellations made outside of this system or within the 24-hour window will result in the session being forfeited.

  • Personal training contracts are offered in 3-month increments to ensure consistency and commitment to your fitness journey. These contracts are renewable, and all payments must be made through the GloFox app or website portal.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, online payment platforms, and cash for services. Payments must be made in advance through the GloFox app or website portal to secure your spot.

  • Refunds are not available for unused sessions, packages, or memberships. However, under certain circumstances, credits may be applied for future use. Please contact us directly to discuss any issues or concerns.

  • Yes! Gracefully Fit LLC is Fayetteville’s only private training facility exclusively for women, designed to empower women of all levels to grow, heal, and discover their strength.

  • Gracefully Fit LLC welcomes mothers with young children in designated Mommy and Me classes, where a baby play area and modifications for baby-wearing workouts are available. For other sessions or classes, children are not permitted unless specified, to ensure the comfort and focus of all clients.

    • Eligibility:
      Drop-in attendance is available for group classes, provided there is space. Participants must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise specified.

    • Booking Requirement:
      Pre-registration via the GloFox app or website portal is mandatory to secure a spot in class.

    • Payment:
      Drop-in rates are based on the current class fee, payable in full during booking. Payments are non-refundable.cription
