At Home - Bodyweight/Calisthenics
This program is designed to add strength, build endurance, and improve your cardiovascular fitness. This is a bodyweight-only program. Also great if you are moving, don’t have access to any equipment or wanting to add more calisthenics into your program.
OPTIONS for 4, 6 or 8 week long duration
This program includes:
- 3 workouts (Bodyweight Strength Workout; Strength Endurance Circuit; Interval Workout) split over the week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday respectively.
