Have you taken time off of the gym and need to get your feet wet again? Maybe you’re new to the gym and want to start slow before you jump all in. This program gets you up-close and familiar with some of the most effective equipment in your gym. For 8 weeks you will work your total body with machines only.

Options for: 4, 6 or 8 week long duration

This program includes:

  • 2 workouts (Day 1 - pull, leg press, & calves; Day 2 - push, leg extension, & leg curl), alternating every other day.

  • Assessments at the start, week 5, and at completion.

  • PROGRAM PROVIDED THROUGH OUR APP
